EC3 Mold Solution Concentrate is a natural botanical solution that can be used to manage surface mold and bacteria and to decrease the overall fungal load in your indoor environments.
This non-toxic solution contains a proprietary blend of citrus seed extracts designed to remove mold spores that collect on hard and soft surfaces. The solution has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties and is a vital part of mold maintenance for healthy indoor environments. Once properly diluted with distilled water, 1 bottle of concentrate can yield 1 gallon of cleaning solution.

Use to eliminate musty smells in non-washable textiles and furnishings, or to help control mold levels in your home on hard surfaces and areas where you suspect mold growth or feel yourself reacting. When used regularly, this product can keep indoor mold counts down to acceptable levels. Directions: Mist diluted solution on soft surfaces like drapes, furniture or carpets and allow to air dry. Spray or wipe on hard surfaces, such as counter tops and floors, and allow to air dry or wipe off. This product is safe for all materials, surfaces and fabrics. Treating items and areas for mold can be done as often as needed. This product is safe for children and pets, does not off-gas, contains no harmful chemicals and is not toxic. Product can also be used in the fogger to treat larger areas for mold, or to spray your car heating and air conditioning system to clear and prevent mold accumulation and circulation inside of your vehicle.

Returns Policy:
You may return items sold by Micro Balance Health Products with which you are not satisfied within 30 days of the order for a full refund. (Note: See below EC3 Sanitizer Fogger return policy). We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error in shipping an item that you did not order. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
EC3 Sanitizer Fogger Return & Refund Policy: All foggers are protected under a 1-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. This warranty covers mechanical issues and defects. Due to health and safety regulations, all Foggers are a FINAL SALE item.

Mold Solution Concentrate
The Mold Solution Concentrate is a daily standard in our home, cars and travel. Family member was exposed to toxic mold in 2016 and we had little hope as the local doctors at the time did not know what to do. Through online research we found MBH, the Mold Spray / Concentrate Solution provided immediately relief. to this day, we daily spray our home, cars and ourselves in-between errands. My FM is that sensitive. We could not have made it this far without the MSC. We also use it in the fogger.

EC3 The Perfect Solution
I discovered Microbalance Health Products when I moved from a moldy environment, taking nothing with me. Thankfully I did not contaminate my new house. 4 years later we discovered mold in our new home. I’m so glad I knew about EC3. After purging our house with 2 dumpster loads of ALL porous belongings, including upholstered furniture, clothing, mattresses, bedding, all carpeting and more, we began the remediation process. Based on the knowledge shared by Microbalance Health Products staff, I insisted the remediators use EC3 instead of chemical based products to clean our home, furniture, cabinetry and the HVAC system of mold toxins. I’m chemically sensitive but have no issues with EC3. They agreed and I purchased a case of EC3. Even our environmental hygienist, who thoroughly tested and discovered where the mold was in our home and did clearance testing after the remediation, was impressed with EC3. Our hard surface furniture, appliances and all non porous possessions that were salvaged were cleaned with EC3 before coming back into our home. Now our home is mold minimal, I’m having no mold toxin reactions due to the thorough cleaning and I’m happy to be healing from MCAS, can eat almost any healthy food now and can live happily as a super sensitive “Mold Canary” in my healthy home. EC3 is helping to maintain our mold minimal home. I love to add a few ounces to our wash for mold maintenance or mix a bottle with a gallon of distilled water to clean. I can’t recommend this company or EC3 high enough. It’s a life saver.

A Lifesaver for my family
Our home had aspergillus and stachybotrys. After remediation, I called the team at micro balance health products and they guided me as to which products to buy to lower the mycotoxin load. Love that this is a natural product and won't harm our 5 beloved rescue kitties. We have the fogger and use the Mold Solution Concentrate weekly. Its lowered our Hertsmi score in half already.
