Returns and Refund Policy
You may return any item sold by Micro Balance Health Products with which you are not satisfied within 30 days of the order for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error in shipping an item that you did not order. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Just email us about the items you would like to return and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.
Delivery Policy
Micro Balance Health Products ships products from both internal and external fulfillment center to you. All of our standard shipping rates and policies apply to these items.
Purchased items are sent to you via one of our carriers (US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, and so on.) at whatever delivery speed you choose (standard shipping, 2-day shipping, and so on).
After you place an order, the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in Your Account and can be found in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking the "Track packages" link in Your Account.
Micro Balance also handles all customer service and product returns for our third party vendors items.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us by emailing.
